Refund policy

You are eligible for a full refund on your purchase if the following two conditions are met:

  1. The data plan has not yet expired. Most of our data plans are valid for 180 days from the date of purchase.

  2. None of the data included in the plan has been used.

General Terms and Conditions for Digital Sales

Delivery: We strive to deliver your eSIM and data plan details within 5 minutes of your order being placed. Please note that while we send the information promptly, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by your email service provider.

Digital Product Usage: Once the data plan is activated and any portion of the data has been used, the product is considered delivered and consumed. At this point, it is no longer eligible for a refund.

Data Plan Expiration: Each data plan has a specific expiration date, which is typically 180 days from the purchase date. After this period, the plan expires and any remaining data is forfeited. Refunds will not be issued for expired plans.

Disclaimer: We are not responsible for any issues with device compatibility or incorrect usage of the eSIM. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their device supports eSIM technology before making a purchase.
