2. Activation and Usage To ensure a seamless connection upon arrival at your destination, we recommend activating your eSIM before you board your flight. Once you land, your device will automatically connect to the local network covered by your data plan.

3. Compatibility It is your responsibility to ensure that your device is compatible with our eSIM technology before making a purchase. Please visit our Compatibility Page to check if your phone model is supported. We are not responsible for any issues arising from incompatible devices.

4. Topping Up Your Plan If you require more data during your travels, you can easily top up your existing eSIM plan through our website.

5. Refund Policy We offer a full refund if you are unable to use the data plan you purchased, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The refund request is made within 180 days of the original purchase date.

  • No data from the plan has been used.

Once any amount of data has been consumed, the product is considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund. To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@jetsetesims.com.

6. Limitation of Liability Jetset eSIMs is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to network outages, service interruptions, or device malfunctions.
